notification listener can't catch any notification

i tested on my two device, in Redmi 4x using custom ROM dotOS-v3 android version 9 work perfect
but in other device even same android version the app won't forward the notification as expected

Device : Redmi Note 8 Pro
OS : MIUI Global 11.0.2,1 Stable
Android Vers : 9

anasfanani I tested Google Pixel, Oneplus, Samsung, and found no problem. I think this may be a bug in MIUI. On my MIUI10 phone, this problem also happened. No solution has been found in StackOverFlow.

anasfanani My friend experimented on its MIUI11, and Xiaomi 9 SE did not find this problem. But on my MIUI10, this problem exists. So I think this is a problem brought by the MIUI system.

hmm. but if i use other app for catch notification like Whatsremoved/Notification saver
the app worked
if you think this problem in MIUI system. its ok
but i think the problem is notification listener service
how i can report log error or anything in app ? to send here

anasfanani After investigation, I fix this problem. The bug is because the service is running in a new process. Generally speaking, the smart phone OS allows this service to run in a new process, but some MIUI systems don't allow the APP to do so.

I have released a new nightly version of the APP, and it seems that the bug has been fixed. Thank you very much for your feedback.
