After testing, we found that the following mobile phones cannot use Telegram SMS normally. The problem manifested as being unable to get android.provider.Telephony.SMS_RECEIVED
- Lenovo ZUI (receive normally with default SMS)
- OnePlus H2OS (receive normally with default SMS, oxygen OS can receive normally)
